We travel allot to pigeon forge for baseball and to just visit Dollywood. The Creekstone Inn is a perfect place for us. We love the Price!!! We love the location especially being able to sit on the deck over the river. It's always very clean and we have never had a problem. This is our first choice of places to stay.

"Great for a short stay"

hotel was ok nothing spectacular but not awful either. one major disappointment for me was opening up the balcony door to go look at the river and see the campground. There is a campground literally on the other side of the river and you can see the campers sitting there. Coming from a city I was looking forward to peace and quiet but was disappointed. Bed was comfy hot tub in room was nice but as previous reviews state its in a weird spot room itself is set up weird but overall decent stay for the price we paid. The front desk girls were very helpful pointed us in the direction of some good BBQ and answering all of our touristy questions

The room was good. It had a hot tub in the room which was great but the location was a little odd. Maybe a separate room for it would have been better. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

"Poor Accomodations"

Our family was very excited to visit Pigeon Forge once again. We reserved what we thought to be a great deal. Two day park tickets and a place to stay that offered two king beds sounded too good to be true! We looked at the rating on Trip Advisor and saw this place received 4 stars. We didn't read any reviews though and perhaps we should have. First of all, this place has two buildings. The one closer to 321 and the office appeared to be in much better shape than the building opposite which is the one we stayed in. The two buildings are opposite each other across a creek (really a LOUD rushing river). The building we stayed in is so old that they still use regular keys to enter the room. We saw that the more updated building had cards readers! So here are all the negatives with just a few positives about this place. - Entry doors are very old and dented. Dead bolt locks were completely removed leaving use of makeshift chain locks instead. - To use the safe inside the room, a fee is required! We put all our valuables in the car each day. - There are two rooms and only one air conditioner that is so loud my poor daughters had trouble getting to sleep. Took ages for the second room to cool down. - Carpets stained. - Two desk top lights next to one king bed did not work at all. See picture. - Lights that actually did work very dim and so old, I thought they came from a garage sale. - Pillows are so flat and overused. Each bed had two flat pillows and no extras. Not one extra blanket either. We asked for pillows and they did give us a few more flat ones. - Sheets on our bed had yellow stains on one side. - Sitting chairs stained and very old. - Bathroom very, very small. - One sink and very stained from age. See picture. - Wireless Internet did not work (we did not bother asking about it because we were already so aggravated) - Shower drain filter missing. See picture. - Box springs on both beds have loose threads all over the place indicating age. - Checked for bed bugs. None to be found, but crumbs and dust were found between mattresses by headboard. See picture (although it is hard to see) - In this building, there is only one vending machine that we could find. We were so thirsty (the water out of the tap is extremely chlorinated) that we made our way to the vending machine only to find they were completely out of bottled water. - Room where they have breakfast was so old and dirty looking, that we did not even entertain going there to eat anything. They leave their juices in the machine overnight. I always thought those do get cleaned out for the night, but I could be wrong. My husband says he worked in the restaurant business and that would never be left overnight. There is a bigger breakfast area apparently in the "newer" looking building, but we did not try it. - The front office staff when we arrived were not the friendliest. - The rushing river behind the building and/or the rooms is extremely loud. It is nature after all, but not that slow relaxing sound one might think when looking at the title "Creekstone". When the air conditioner quit, you could hear that rushing water which is very reminiscent of highway traffic. For some though, this may be nice. -Cleaning staff seemed unfriendly and did not understand us very well. Despite this, there are a couple of pros I need to mention. - This place is very close to Dollywood and good breakfast places such as iHop, Cracker Barrel, and Krispy Kreme. - It is quiet between rooms. We could not hear others at all. - Nice hot water and good water pressure in the showers. - The towels did smell very clean. - There is an elevator (old and dirty, but it is an elevator)

Thoroughly enjoyed staying a block off the strip with easy outings traveling in/out of the hotel. One of the cleanest places have stayed in & loved the divided bedroom room layout with the balcony over the river.
